I consider myself the resident “woo woo” girl at The Relationship Center. What does that mean exactly? It means I approach healing from a holistic perspective. I bring my nearly two decades of training and experience with meditation, yoga, breath work, and energy medicine into my work with clients.
I am an educator, wellness expert, consultant, astrologer, and therapeutic yoga teacher.
It is my honor to help you heal the root of your stress-based patterns and choose a life that feels truly good inside and out. I believe when you feel relaxed, calm, and centered you can relate to yourself, your loved ones, and the world with all the skill and grace you truly desire.

I utilize a somatic informed, body centered approach to emotional regulation. Embodiment is the conscious and active practice of attending to how feelings and experiences land in our bodies. By developing a beneficial relationship with your body you can gain autonomy over such experiences as stress, anxiety, anger, and fear. In a session with me you will learn how to breathe, slow down, tune into yourself, and really notice what is true for you. Together we will build your capacity to meet the challenges of life, navigate the complexity of relationships, and live with more connection, authenticity, and peace.

More About Me
My own healing journey informs all that I do. I have walked the path of inner transformation and faced many dark moments along the way. It is my compassion and acceptance that has inspired countless others to move through the challenges of life with greater wisdom, strength, and grace. Because of my own experience I believe that a conscious, inspired, and elevated life is possible for all of us. But we have to do the work. We have to show up with radical participation.
I have been teaching yoga classes, personal growth workshops, immersions, trainings, and retreats for over 19 years. I co-owned and directed Breathe Yoga Center, a community focused yoga studio in Norfolk, VA for 10 years. I continue to teach virtual and in-person experiences to students all over the world.
I am currently stepping into my second career, blending my love for body-based healing modalities with my desire to support others to improve their lives and relationships through clinical mental health counseling.
When I am not busy studying and teaching I am spending time with my husband and my 4 crazy cats. I love to travel, hike, and spend time in nature. My two favorite places in the world are the Colorado Rockies and Zion National Park.
