I believe every person has the capacity for personal growth. One of the best outcomes in therapy is when a client becomes the best version of themself. I am here to help you achieve that. My job is to walk with you through your journey and provide you with tools to make changes for better outcomes. I care about you, therefore, I will incorporate self-care and self-love into our sessions.
My work involves helping people create a greater connection with their emotions to strengthen their bond with loved ones. I believe that by addressing the stories that influence our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, we discover the emotional cycles that keep us stuck and overwhelmed in our relationships. I am also passionate about brain functions and work with clients by giving them tools to heal and change unhealthy cognitive behaviors. My desire is to help individuals and couples strengthen and repair relationships, enhance emotional and physical intimacy, and explore needs, desires, and boundaries.
There are many different contexts to my identity. I am a female immigrant from the Middle East, a wife, mother, and daughter. I am a world traveler and patient with different cultures. These aspects of my life have allowed me to have a deeper understanding of various cultures and perspectives and has given me a passion and joy to learn from other unique cultures and experiences. Seeking therapy isn’t always easy, nor comfortable. I am here to support you and walk with you through your unique journey.
