I am skilled in prevention, intervention and treatment of mood management, improving communication and relationship skills, substance abuse, self-esteem and confidence creation utilizing evidenced based approaches, supports and road mapping. I am driven through my work with individuals and families as they learn to manage distressing thoughts, emotions and behaviors leading to feelings of loss of control of their path. Together, we can define or sometimes redefine the journey to freedom through creative rejuvenation and choice!
