Sometimes life is complicated and chaotic, and as a result, you might end up feeling disconnected from yourself and others in your life. I can help with that. I believe therapy can help you to understand yourself, and how you relate to others in your life. Our relationships impact our lives in every way, and the health of those relationships are important to me. I can help you learn about your relationship patterns, and also how to change those patterns. Helping people find their inner peace, strength, and their authentic self is my favorite thing to do.
I can help individuals and partners learn more about their emotional responses, focus on healthy forms of communication, and help you to develop new approaches to various aspects of your life. You are the expert on your life, and every time I get the privilege of working with individuals or those in partnerships, I am truly honored by the courage it takes to commit to the work we do together.
It takes a lot to trust another person with your inner thoughts, feelings, and experiences. When you choose to work with me, I will join with you in the process of growth and development. | Intensive Counseling | Couples intensive sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs. Rates and recommendations for the length of the intensive will be based on your unique needs. Intensive sessions range anywhere from mini-intensive (3 hours), to a two day intensive (15 hours split over two days). Please schedule a free intensive consultation to discuss what will best fit your needs. |

Cash, check & credit or debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards are accepted for payment.
Insurance
While insurance is not accepted at this time, Betsy is happy to provide you with receipts and documentation, upon request, to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please review your coverage carefully, and consult with your insurance provider.
