Hi! My name is Aishwarya Nambiar [Eyeshh-wahr-ya Numb-bee-yarr]. I am the chairperson for the Cultural Committee at The Relationship Center.

Life can throw us challenges which cause us to feel alone, hopeless, inadequate, or anxious. You may be experiencing loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or have unhealed traumas. You may be struggling in your relationships and may not feel understood by loved ones. If any of these ring true, you are not alone. Helping you put the pieces together and develop tools to navigate life is what I strive to do as a therapist.

If you are looking for a compassionate and client-centered therapist who focuses on helping you understand who you are and embracing your authentic self, you are in the right place. If you have lost sight of who you are due to a loss of a loved one, life transition, difficulties in your relationship or a stressful situation in life, I am here to help. If you are wanting to strengthen your relationship or simply want to form a clearer understanding of yourself and how you interact in your relationships, then I am the therapist for you.

I enjoy helping individuals and couples of all ages form a stronger understanding of their inner workings to aid how they navigate the world, their relationships, and ultimately, live a fuller, healthier life. Through a multicultural, relational, and emotionally focused lens, I work with you to set and achieve your goals. Collaboration is important to me in the healing process and your input is valuable. Together, we will work hard and at your pace to explore past, present, and future challenges and cultivate the tools for your growth.

My identities of being South Asian, a cross cultural kid, and a child of immigrants informs my anti-oppressive practice and has allowed me to have a deep understanding of various cultures, backgrounds, and upbringings. Healing is not linear, and neither is it easy. It takes courage to take this step. Finding the right therapist is important as you navigate this journey. If you would like to learn more or to see if we would be a good fit, don’t hesitate to call or email me for a free consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!
