I get it. Life can feel sticky, overwhelming, and sometimes, you just feel stuck. For years, I’ve had the true honor of walking alongside clients as they navigate the tough stuff—the challenges of connection, self-discovery, and deep, lasting repair. My practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves a safe, inclusive, and warm space to heal.
A trauma informed therapist, I specialize in relationships, life transitions, and inclusive mental health for individuals, couples, and families. Drawing on powerful, evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Brainspotting, the Gottman Method, Relational Therapy, and Yoga Therapy, I help you move beyond patterns that no longer serve you, integrating mind, body, and emotions for true transformation.
How I Can Help You
If you come in as an individual, we’ll focus on calming anxiety and stress, building self worth, moving through major Life transitions, and finding your footing during pregnancy, postpartum, or infertility. I also offer an affirming space for clients navigating codependency, women’s Issues, and healing from relational trauma or domestic violence. I am proudly LGBTQIA+-Affirming (including lesbian and bisexual clients) working with both same and opposite sex partnerships.
If you come in as a couple, we’ll focus on breaking the cycle of conflict and disconnection. We’ll use the structure of the Emotionally Focused Therapy techniques to heal the wounds of infidelity, address relationship Issues like family conflict and peer relationships, improve sex therapy concerns, navigate the complexities of open relationships/consensual non-monogamy, and create a clear roadmap for marital and premarital challenges, parenting, or even navigating divorce. The goal is a stronger, more securely bonded emotional connection.
At The Relationship Center, my goal is simple: to help you feel more understood, supported, and connected—both to yourself and to the people who matter most.
A Personal Perspective
My professional experience is deeply informed by my personal life. As a partner, mother, and daughter, I know firsthand how challenging and complex relationships can be—the beautiful mess of trying to show up authentically for the people you love while managing your own life. Having held many different roles where I was essentially functioning as a therapist for years, and having moved many times and lived in diverse places, I bring a unique, broad perspective to our work. I truly understand the stress of change and the difficulty of finding your place.
If you’re feeling worn down, shut out, anxious, or confused, please know this: you don’t have to stay stuck, and you certainly don’t have to go through it alone. I can guarantee we will laugh a little, maybe even cry a little, however we will definitely create change and make positive shifts for you in your life. If you’re ready to devote your energy to this transformative process, I would be genuinely honored to walk alongside you.
