Hi, I’m Meaghan. I’m a holistic therapist, somatic practitioner, and longtime yoga and wellness educator. I help people navigate anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship stress by returning to the wisdom of their bodies and reconnecting with who they truly are.
My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS)-based parts work, mindfulness, and somatic therapy to support emotional healing and self-discovery. I believe that our struggles aren’t here to defeat us—they’re here to guide us toward growth, authenticity, and inner peace.
In our work together, we slow down and tune in. You’ll learn how to track sensations, regulate your nervous system, and meet your inner experience with compassion. I’ll support you in understanding the emotional patterns that shape your life, so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and connection.
I’ve spent nearly 20 years teaching yoga, meditation, and personal growth work. Now, I bring all of that experience into a therapeutic space that’s warm, intuitive, and client-centered. I’m also here for the spiritual side of life—if you’re curious about astrology, energy healing, or your soul’s journey, we can explore that too.
