SUPERVISION INCLUDES

  • Mandatory weekly one hour sessions (55 minutes)
  • Exploration and review of counseling techniques, evaluation of clinical skills, application of theories, guidance in clinical diagnosis using the DSM5 and ICD codes, professional code of ethics, professional development and identity
  • Assistance with licensing paperwork and documentation of clinical hours
  • Review of case notes, documentation and treatment plan
  • Exposure to Private Practice and assistance in creating your own practice

  • Copy of Temporary License
  • Copy of Liability Insurance
  • List of Counseling References
  • Signed Supervisory Agreement Form
  • Licensing Paperwork to Send to the State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors
