Who are my Services For?

Hi! I am Latrease Nwosu. I work with couples and individuals feeling lost and disconnected from themselves and in their relationships. I help people who feel confused on how to make their relationship feel satisfying and functional. And, I support new couples in discovering if marriage is the next step for them. Since I lived in Spain, I have also been a support for individuals and couples that are expats in a country other than the U.S.

How Can I help You?

I don’t tell you what to do, but I do give you the tools needed to see the challenges in your relationships as opportunities to improve your intuition, and make confident decisions that are best for you.

I am committed to changing my clients’ heartache and confusion into peace and clarity. My work specifically involves helping people create a greater connection with their emotions in order to strengthen their bond with loved ones. I believe that by addressing the stories that influence our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, we discover the emotional cycles that keep us stuck and confused in our relationships.

I pride myself on creating an environment with clients, where vulnerability is honored and invaluable emotional work will happen. I understand that the journey to connection is sacred, so I guide my clients with care and gratitude by providing empathic and accepting support which creates a comfortable, emotionally safe, and honest space. Said space provides room for clients to have critical discussions about their relationships, and gain peaceful certainty, and intuitive awareness.

Who Am I?

Currently my family is stationed in Spain. Being a military family has its challenges yet the perks are well worth it. Since 2019 I have been living out my college dream of living in a Spanish speaking country. While here I’ve found myself driving to different parts of the country learning the culture and trying to learn the language.  When I am not traveling, then I am at home doing what I love most; eating and cooking, while occasionally working out. I also enjoy discovering the world through the lens of my 3 year old son.
