As a gay therapist with a special focus on LGBTQ+ relationships and challenges, I provide a safe, affirming, and inclusive space to help my clients get “unstuck” from their most distressing emotional and relational wounds. I also journey with clients to make meaning out of profound loss, including death-related and non-death losses, major life transitions, and traumatic loss. With advanced training in Brainspotting and Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals and couples, I draw on the most powerful – and empirically validated – models of therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients and to help them meet their goals.
