We use Emotionally Focused Therapy as a scientifically-based approach to healing, based on clear, explicit conceptualizations of marital distress and adult love.
We have extensive training in traditional methods including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, humanistic psychology, EMDR and dyadic developmental therapy. Need a walk on the beach? Need to roll out the yoga mat or listen to music? No problem! We take a holistic approach to helping our clients.
